Responsibility:-

• responsible for oversee the training and coaching of trainees, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent customer service and increase sales.

• teach trainees how to interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner, resolve customer issues effectively, and close sales.

• Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations and interactive learning activities.

Required skill and Qualification

• experienced in customer service or sales.

• 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.

• Strong understanding of customer service and sales principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
