Job Description

  •  Front Office Head Supporting, training, and supervising front office staff. Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience. Handling customer complaints and special requests. Scheduling staff shifts and managing other HR-related tasks.

Job Requirement

  • REQUIRED MIN LEVEL OF EDUCATION :  Degree or Level V

  • DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: Hotel Operation

  • ALTERNATIVE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: Related Fields

  • REQUIRED MIN EXPERIENCE (YEARS): 5
