Job Description
Our company is looking for vibrant results-driven marketing and sales enthusiast Real Estate Sales agents
Salary: 2,500 BIRR Allowance + Attractive commission and other benefits involved as per goal set.
Description of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell real estate and related products using solid arguments to prospective customers
Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Customers following up, follow through and follow back
Closing sales deals
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with in the scheduled goal set
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customers relationships
Carry out any other related tasks as requested by the sales supervisor
Main skills and background we look for from the sales agent:
BA Degree in any field of study
Excellent communication skills.
Trainable and Fast learner.
Highly motivated.
Detail oriented and well organized
Basic computer skills
At least 6 MONTH Real Estate and Networking Marketing experience is mandatory
