Ticketing agents are responsible for selling airline tickets, as well as other travel-related services. They work with a variety of clients, from individual travelers to large corporations and organizations. Their job is to provide the best possible service while also ensuring that their company meets its financial goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights, including checking weather conditions and making changes as needed

• Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules

• Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders

• Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma from recognized hospitality or business institution

• Certificate in Galileo automated reservation and ticketing systems.

• Fluent in English language.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience
