Job Purpose

• Performing WMS Transaction 

Main Responsibility 

• Receive materials in the system based on the PO, DN, PL, Commercial invoice, and receipt.

• Palletized materials in the bin via system

• Picking materials in the system

• Ensure that no materials is/are transferred from temporary location (901)

• Confirming materials in the system

• Reconciling physical balance and system balance

• Check and report the bin accuracy on weekly basis (LX03)

• Counter check the physical allocation of the materials

• Organize and lead the physical transfer of materials

• Control the batch management of the materials

• Follow up the labeling of product before allocating into bins

• Clear materials from in transit location  

• Transfer and check obsolete, quarantined, and expired materials to their respective SLOC both physically and in the system.

• Organize and reconcile obsolete, quarantined, and expired materials history for audit purpose.

• Check the blocked and Quality inspection location stock and cross check with the physical stock.

• Return the materials that are about to be loaded on the truck beyond the capacity of the truck (after picked and confirmed)

• Receive line returns in the system based on physical quantity and Quality recommendations.

• Organize and prepare the stock for month end count.

• Share daily SOH through WhatsApp and telegram channel.

• Organize the physical document related to Transfer, bin allocation and picking.

• Upload the GRN copy for the documentation purpose.

• Create PID and organize the month end count.

• Make system adjustment and uploading during month end count.

• Receive and perform additional tasks given by line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science and other similar fields from recognized university or college.

Skills preferable are

• SAP Skills

• WMS Knowledge is preferable

• Proven exemplary achievement in the field of computer science

• Integrity

• MS Office Proficient

• Afaan Oromo Language speaking, and writing is a Plus
