We specialize in t-shirts, uniforms and fashion items for youth and adults.

The Senior System & Network Administration will manage essential IT equipment and systems like network servers, firewalls, routers, switches, operating systems, applications, and protocols. In addition, he/she will work under Senior IT Engineer handles and manages all the IT software, networks, and equipment. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Technical Competencies: ITS Service Delivery, Technology Management, Information Management, Information Assurance, Procurement  

• Implements and maintains standards, policies, and procedures on the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of office computer hardware, 3rd party software, office automation tools, network and communication facilities for the business office

• Installs, configures, and fine-tunes office computer hardware, network, and communications facilities for the business office

• Installs, configures, and fine-tunes new operating and systems software and upgrades, patches, and enhancements to this software 

• Coordinates with 3rd party service providers and vendors for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office computer hardware, 3rd party software, office automation tools, and network and communication facilities

• Monitors performance of the network and communication facilities in the business office

• Supports internal customers in resolving problems in operations and use of office IT resources and facilities as needed 

• Reviews and analyzes problem logs, to ensure quick resolution to address problems reported 

• Installs and maintains system and network security systems such as firewalls in the business office, in coordination with Information Security Officer 

• Installs and maintains the anti-virus and/or internet security software for all office computer hardware in coordination with Senior IT Engineer.

• Perform other duties as when assigned

Qualification and Skills:

•  Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field

•   4 years of experience as an IT Technician or relevant position

•  Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

•  Excellent communication ability

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

•  In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
