Job Description

On behalf of our client, Transsion Manufacturing PLC (Tecno Mobile), we are looking for a competent candidate for the Retail Manager open position to be located in Addis Ababa.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for retail sales to reach the target
• Responsible for the completion of the store emplacement, according to the office of the annual development plan.
• Assist the National Manager in the development of the office channels price system and responsible for the implementation of the price system execution in retail channels.
• Assist the national manager in the development of retail incentives and be responsible for its implementation.
• Responsible for retail channel promotion management and terminal image building assistance.
• Responsible for collecting and retail orders received NFD and PSI information, market information, customer information, product information, and other information collected, compiled, and analyzed.
• Responsible for evaluation and authorization management team within the scope of the sector.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above, in marketing, business management, and other related professional.
• Have more than five years of work experience in FMCG, retail, electronic or fast consumer industry, and retail management experience.
• English as a working language.
• Adapt to long-term business trips or overseas traveling
Physical Requirements:
Below 35 years old, be able to travel frequently, result-oriented, pressure resistant, positive thinking, strong sense of execution, communicative, and passionate about the work of business development.
Location – Addis Abeba
Salary –Will not be a problem for the right fit
