KB Import & export is a privately owned company located in Addis Ababa. Engaged in Importing, distribute and retail different types of Cars, and other related items; Exporting Coffee, Transportation service etc. Our Company would like to recruit qualified applicant for the following vacant posts.

Position Summary

Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for creating new relationships and maintaining strong customer relations to generate repeat business. In-depth knowledge of effective sales strategies and exceptional presentation skills. Analytical thinker with the ability to perform well under pressure. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with customers and pursuing profitable growth opportunities

• Promote services, and creating sales opportunities for the company.

• Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within an agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.

• Prepare and manage the ordering of marketing materials

• Excellent knowledge &skill of import-export laws and regulations.

• Identify business opportunities.

• Managing relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.

• Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising.

• Responsible for understanding sales performance and service positioning in the market by analyzing market data.

• Work closely with clients’ internal communication team

• The role of the Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the sales team.

• Experience selling in marketing in Car Dealer Sector will be an added advantage

• Evaluate marketing goals and strategies to make swift changes for solutions.

• Other related duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA/Master’s degree in business administration, marketing management, supply chain management, and related fields. 

• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

• Minimum 6 years’ experience for BA degree and 4 years’ experience for Master’s degree out of which 2years must be in the higher Managerial Position export manager role.
