BA Degree in Social Sciences ,Development Studies and Gender and Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide direct support and care to adult survivors of GBV and age-appropriate specialized services for adolescent, male and girl child survivors of GBV through appropriate case management services. - Responsible for the overall implementation of GBV mitigation and prevention activity and work closely with community representative and other protection actors to aware the community about GBV in the target areas. - Observe and monitor integration of GBV guiding principles of respect, confidentiality, and safety/security and non- discrimination while providing GBV prevention and response services to the affected population

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop & Implement M&E Framework: Design and execute a structured monitoring system with clear indicators and evaluation tools. - Project Progress Tracking: Assess implementation, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. - Data Collection & Analysis: Gather key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure data quality, and prepare insightful reports.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Work Location: Oromia Region,Gimbi(With frequent Travel to Boji Dirmeji, Gimbi, Lalo Asabi and Nejo  Woredas( West Wollega Zone) and Remote supervision to Kuyu Woreda (North Shewa Zone), Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of GBV prevention and response activities. -  Ensure staff capacity in case management, including psychosocial support is up the recommended standard. - Review monthly GBV and Protection data and provide feedback to the project managers.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Works closely with other project staffs and partners in planning, and implementing the project activities; - Ensures effective implementation of the project activities as per the set plan of action and as per the donor requirement. - Assist mapping, establishment and strengthening of VAWG referral pathways;
