Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Computer Science, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Research Coordination: Facilitate deep collaboration with external research consultants and IRC’s Airbel Impact Lab throughout all phases of the research process, ensuring robust methodology and ethical practice. - Contextual Adaptation: Support the adaptation of research tools and methods to align effectively with local contexts and Ethiopia’s education system structures (e.g., MOE, REB, WoEO).

Bachelor's Degree Statistics, Measurement and Evaluation, Data Science, Social Science, Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which working for programming interventions in MEL. Previous experience managing MEL-related activities for large donor-funded projects is preferred. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and roll-out of the country program’s MEL framework, ensuring alignment with the CP’s 2030 strategy. - Ensure timely completion of all agency level MEL requirements and country office level MPP self-assessment improvement plans while promoting continuous quality improvement of MEL implementation across the CP. - Coordinate and lead MEL-related start-up activities for new projects, including baseline assessments, indicator mapping, and data collection systems set-up.

BA Degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, International Law, Human Rights or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Psychosocial Support (PSS): Coordinate the provision of culturally appropriate individual and group-based PSS and crisis intervention services to promote emotional well-being and resilience among the refugee population. - Community Engagement and Mobilization: Establish and strengthen women’s safe spaces and community-based protection networks, ensuring active participation in identifying and mitigating protection risks. - Awareness Raising and Training: Design and deliver awareness sessions on human rights, protection principles, GBV prevention, and available services within the camp.

Bachelor’s Degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead GBV referral pathway establishment and strengthening in targeted woredas and kebeles. - Conduct regular mapping of available protection and GBV services. - Ensure functioning and updated referral pathways accessible to women, girls, boys, and men.

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group counseling sessions to refugees and host community members, with a focus on women, children, and survivors of trauma.  - Facilitate safe spaces for children and women to express emotions and receive psychosocial care.  - Identify cases requiring specialized mental health referral and coordinate with appropriate service providers.
