Job Description

Scope of Role

  • Facilitator is responsible to coordinate projects by aligning with key stakeholders and assuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Purpose of Role 

  • The role of the facilitator is to plan, guide and manage goals, liaise between key stakeholders on pertinent information and solve problems. In addition, for the overall execution of the project conduct quality checks on the team work.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Understanding the objective of the project and setting guidelines.

  • Provide opportunities and resources for the team to enable them to make progress and succeed.

  • Coordinate teams and assist managers in training the team.

  • Maintain clear communication on pertinent details between the manager and the team and act as a liaison.

  • Ensure strict time-adherence of the team and manage time for the effective execution of the project.

  • Create quality check questionnaire and conduct call backs to verify the adherence of specified objectives. 

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience Required

  • One year experience with Previous facilitation/supervision experience related to qualitative and quantitative market research studies

  • Good interpersonal communication skills

  • Able to read and write both Amharic and English language

  • Ms Office Skills
