Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee feeder and forming operations, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality glass products while maintaining equipment at optimal performance - Involves supervising and managing staff to optimize workflow, monitoring product quality and troubleshooting defects, coordinating equipment maintenance and setup, preparing reports on production performance, and conducting training programs to enhance technical skills within the team.

BSc Degree or TVET Level Certification in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years as a supervisor in manufacturing industry preferably in batch and melting operations, thermal process control, refractory maintenance, and furnace design & operation. Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate the efficient and continuous operation of the sand plant, cullet sorting system, batch house, and furnace - Ensures optimal glass melting and bottle production while maintaining safety, quality, and production targets.
