Master’s Degree in Project Management, Special Needs Education, Development Studies, Economics, Social Work, Disability Inclusion, Human Resource Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the implementation of the project ensuring coherence across supply- and demand-side interventions. - Supervise the integration of Minch IVR as an accessible job-matching and information platform, ensuring alignment with project objectives and beneficiary needs. - Serve as the primary liaison with GIZ, ensuring timely communication, compliance, and strategic alignment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Special Needs Education, Sociology, Development Studies, Economics, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of baseline surveys, mapping, and profiling of persons with disabilities in close collaboration with OPDs and local stakeholders. - Support the use of Minch IVR and other accessible tools to disseminate job information and match candidates with employers. - Maintain regular engagement with BPO companies, universities, Disability Resource Centers, and local EOA representatives to support inclusive practices.
