BSc Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years must have been in a senior/head of contract administration role. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the contract administration function for building‐construction projects (particularly G+15 and above), ensuring all contracts, subcontracts, variations and amendments are properly prepared, executed, monitored and closed out. - Review, draft and negotiate contract documents (main contracts, subcontracts, procurement contracts) in line with project scope, timelines, budgets and building construction standards. - Maintain and enforce contract change‑control procedures: evaluate change orders, variations, extensions of time, claims and ensure all are documented, approved and tracked.
