Job Description
Cassiopeia Hotel is a four star hotel in the heart of bole sub city. Our hotel has 119 spacious rooms, three meeting halls, one stylish Sky view restaurant with elegant ambiance. It has also one lobby bar plus coffee bar to relax for both external and in-house guests. Furthermore, our hotel is a 1 kilometer away from bole international airport.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Degree in Hotel Management or other related fields of study from recognized University/College
3/4 years of work experience in in front office supervision in a 4 or 3 star Hotels
Great supervision skill and an excellent team player
Great interpersonal skill, communication skill and passion for the industry
Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs
Fluent in spoken & written English, additional language skill is advantageous
Complain handling and problem solving skill
IDS PMS knowledge is advantageous
Coc is mandatory

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing staff, ensuring cleanliness, inspecting areas for quality, managing inventory, and handling guest issues.
- Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, motivate the team, and handle staff scheduling and absences.
- Conduct orientation and refresher training on cleaning procedures, safety, hygiene standards, and equipment usage.
