Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in hotel management, marketing, or related fields of study from recognized University/College or institute.

• Minimum of 1/2 years of work experience in a 5 or 4 star Hotel or in other companies having reservation experience

• Working knowledge of marketing, PBX equipment, handling reservation, responding emails and other related skills that are necessary for the position

• Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office, excel and other programs 

• Fluent spoken & written English 

• Great Communication skill and an excellent team player

• Great interpersonal skill and passion for the industry

• Preferably IDS PMS knowledge is a plus

• Coc is mandatory
