Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Working knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and GAAP,

  • Analyzing financial reports and records,

  • Update financial data in database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed,

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Familiarity with accounting software and programs,

  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

  • Ability to work with no supervision

  • Excellent organizing abilities,

  • Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices,

  • Conduct month-end and year-end closures,

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in accounting and finance from accredited institute,

  • Great time management,

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Amharic,

  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft excel,

  • 3+ Years’ experience in Import and export and Trading feild.
