Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare design drafting and drawings for approval.

• Create detailed shop drawings for construction projects.

• Prepare BoQ and specification sheets for new and on going construction projects

• Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.

• Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and various construction reports.

• Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Architecture or in a related field of study

Experience:

• 2 years in a similar role
