Responsible for the end to end customer contact processes and their associated customer experience, supporting cross-company initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints.

Job Requirement

• Education : BA/B.Sc Degree in Banking & Insurance or Management or Accounting & Finance or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or in related fields

• Experience : 4 years relevant experience, of which 2 years as Underwriting Officer II or Claims Officer II or in a similar position
