We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Mid-level UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team to design and deliver exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to create design solutions that meet business and user needs
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms
Develop and maintain design standards and style guides
Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to other designers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including proficiency in both English and Amharic
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Portfolio showcasing your design work and process
