Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Front Office Manager.
Required qualifications and competencies are as follows:
Minimum first degree in hotel management, business management, marketing Management or any other related field from accredited university.
Minimum of five years’ experience in a managerial position, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
Proficient in both written and spoken English. An additional language would be advantageous.
Competencies required:
Very good, proven IT skills especially Word, Excel and Power point and an excellent working knowledge of OPERA.
Highly organized and proven record of ability to lead a team effectively.
Willingness to work flexibly and ability to work under pressure.
Good analytical thinker, excellent communicator and problem solver.
