We are dedicated to providing our customers with excellent products as a renowned bottler of water. To manage the quality control procedures used in all of our manufacturing activities, we are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team.

Job Specification:

• Must have practical participation and extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001 standards

• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices

• Proven track record in implementing and maintaining quality control systems within the food and beverage industry

• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional quality control teams

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in using quality control tools and software

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the food and beverage industry

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control programs to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001 standards

• Oversee all aspects of quality control within the organization, including raw material inspection, production processes, and finished product analysis

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control procedures and make recommendations for improvement

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality control standards and regulations

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their compliance with quality standards

• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to quality control

• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and procedures

• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, reports, and records

• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment in line with quality control standards

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Quality Management, or similar

• Certification in quality control/assurance (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer) is preferred

• 10 years established experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry

• Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001 standards

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
