Internal and External Vacancy

Aggar, one of the oldest commercial private Microfinance, is going through a transformation with the objective of optimizing its current resource and expand its market reach, ensuring profitability and continuous growth. 

Aggar was established in 2004 by 443 shareholders with paid up capital of about 4.2 million birr and two branches. Since its establishment, Aggar has grown to establish 29 branches, 793 shareholders with paid up capital of 252 million and total assets to more than 410 million. Considering the growing change in macroeconomics, market competition and market demand, Aggar has developed a 5-years transformation plan that intends to take the organization to a new level of operational efficiency through process optimization and technology and expand market reach through product innovation.

Aggar is looking to recruit the following a high caliber senior management team that will be responsible for the implementation of its transformation plan from both internal and external sources.

Job Requirements

Educational background:

  • MA/Bachelor’s Degree in economics, management, marketing or related fields

Work experience:

  • 10 years’ work experience out of which 5 years in Banking and /or Micro-Finance operations management.
