Job Description
You will provide service in the day-to-day delivery of responsive, effective and efficient administrative activities in support of the Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) mission to serve the poor and vulnerable. You will provide consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the proper stewardship of resources to help ensure operational effectiveness in support of high-quality programming.
· Prepare payment requests as and when required
· Follow up the timely cash requests from PDP / Field offices, prepare the request for approval and follow up with finance for the timely transfer of the requested cash.
· Follow up & Communicate with PDP / Field offices for the timely liquidation report, check the report and submit to Operations Manager for the final review & approval.
· Follow up and communicate for the efficient use of PDP / Field office assets, including available office spaces and facilities.
· Participate with Logistics team in warehouse assessment to organize and maintain lists of warehouse service providers in all PDP / Field Office areas.
· Conduct on time communication with the security guard companies for any request from Logistics to deploy guards, to inform the company when warehouse contract is to be terminated, and for any other related issues. Receive monthly security guard’s performance report from each PDP / Field Offices & reconcile with the payment request from the companies.
· Conduct on time communication with the cleaning service providing companies for any request from Logistics to deploy cleaners, to inform the company when warehouse contract is to be terminated, and for any other related issues. Receive monthly cleaners & companies performance report from each PDP / Field Offices office & reconcile with the payment request from the companies.
· Help identify safety issues and ensuring a safe and sound work environment.
· Perform other operations support related activities.
Basic Qualifications
· Field of study: BA/BSC Degree in management, accounting or ICT related field
· University graduate with some exposure of official activities
· Additional education may substitute for some experience.
· Experience and proficient skills in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and information management systems.

· Good planning, organizational and time management skills
· Strong customer service orientation with very good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ethical conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality
· Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented and results-oriented
Required/Desired Foreign Language
Travel Required (include percentage of required travel, if applicable) Minimal travel required.
