Amhara Bank Job Vacancy Announcement 2023:
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA in Business Management/Accounting/Economics or any other related fields
Experience: Three/3years of relevant experience in banking industry of which One/1 year on officer position
Specific Functions:
Participate in the development of credit risk management plan, program, policies, procedures/guidelines and monitor their implementation;
Monitor credit risk in the Bank’s loan portfolio by analyzing the changes in the Bank’s risk profile, the adequacy of provision for bad loans advances and evaluate the adequacy of the Bank’s capital to absorb credit risk;
Develop and/or revise credit risk management framework of the Bank including setting limits and targets; and monitor compliance with the established credit risk appetite/limits;
Monitor whether risk exposures of the Bank remain within acceptable limits and adherence of operating units with risk parameters and prudential limits;
Monitor that loan processing comply internal credit policies, credit procedures and regulatory requirements through credit review;
Identify, assess, measure and monitor credit risk related to the financing activities of the Bank and recommend mitigation mechanisms;
Handle additional related assignments as directed by immediate supervisor;
