Evaluates technical employees and identifies areas needing improvement. Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually. Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences. Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.

• Minimum CGPA for BSc / BA should be 3.25 for Male Candidates & 3.00 for Female candidates and for those with Second Degrees Minimum CGPA requirements are 3.5 for Male and 3.35 for Female candidates.
