Position: Branch Operations Manager
Place of Work: Branch Offices under Central East, Central North, South, South west, North, West & North West Regional Operation Offices.

About the Organization:
VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an Institution established according to proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.
VisionFund MFI is currently looking for candidates for Branch Operations Manager role. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:
1. Major Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including cash management, teller operations, accountant, and marketing.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and that the branch is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Manage the branch budget and ensure that it is used effectively.
Monitor and follow-up the performance of support staff
Monitor and follow up disciple, attendance for the entire team working in the office
Train and develop the branch staff.
Work closely with the community and to other working units within the branch.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Related experience of 2 years for degree and 4 years for diploma
Strong leadership and management skills.
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
Motorbike driving License
Local language knowledge, communication skill & computer skill is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Terms of Employment: Permanent
