Job Description
Build and maintain profitable relationships with all stakeholders/clients. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the status of the resolution of their key concerns/ complaints. the latest products to increase sales.
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or other business related fields
Experience: Minimum of 4 years banking experience.
Job Objective:
To review loans and advances on a regular basis to reduce loss associated with credit risk of the Bank by checking whether lending activities are in compliance with credit policies and procedures of the Bank and regulatory requirements; and providing prompt and quality services to customers.
