Job Description
The role of a spa receptionist is one that requires an exceptional level of customer service. They are the face of the business—the person who greets guests as they enter and helps them feel welcome while they’re there.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all spa treatments are performed in a safe manner, by following established procedures and guidelines
Interacting with clients throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable experience
Explaining spa services and products to customers in order to help them make informed decisions about their treatments
Job Requirements:
BA Degree OR Diploma in Marketing Management, Hotel Management OR relative field
Experience:
