The role includes strategy development, execution, coordination and working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).  The high-level outcomes of the job are creating strategic disciplines, focusing on operations, and innovative disruptions leading to aggressive business expansion, resulting in operational excellence, business growth, and service outreaches. 

Job Requirements

Qualification 

MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields of study.

Experience 

9/11 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which 4 years’ managerial position in Strategy, Research and Development functions.
