We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Employment type: Permanent after short training and probation period completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Achieve sales targets and goals

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

• Attend trade shows and industry events

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Willingness to travel as required
