General Mission

Responsible to promote and monitor various medias option that ensure our brand’s voice remains the same across all digital and social media platforms.

Main Duties and tasks

• scan and monitor local and international medias newspapers, television, radio, Internet and social medias are fit for our item’s promotions on behalf of the company

• Building and maintaining long term relationship with critical medias to be our voice by measuring the frequency and online trafficking of our ads.

• Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate reports on media activities conducted

• Estimating and monitoring the assigned budget for various media-related activities

• Providing alerts to supervisors of potential crisis that may be occurring on the media landscape pertaining to clients and the company

• Negotiating and confirming competitive deals with various media channels

• Coordinating and monitoring social media and digital campaigns

• Monitoring and managing the allocated budget for various media campaigns

• Building and maintaining long term relationship with critical medias to be our voice by measuring the frequency and trafficking of our ads.

•  Ensuring that medias are clearly made the promotional activities as per client need and set guidelines

• Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate record of all media activities and cost effectiveness

• Responsible for any additional related activity on his assignment which comes from his superiors

• Complete Knowledge of the latest media trends, practices, and developments

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with various social, digital, and print media platform

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Amharic+ English).

• BA degree in Media, Communications, journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 0-2 years of experiences in media management and monitoring
