• As a presales engineer your main responsibility is to help your customer understand the value of your product or service. To achieve this you need a deep understanding of your own product and all its features, the underlying technology, your customers' needs and market developments including competing products.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field or Master’s Degree in Marketing and Sales Management (MBA)

• Proven experience in presales, solution consulting, or a similar sales role

• Strong sales and customer relation background and understanding of relevant industry technologies and trends

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships

• Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events

Experience :

• MBA a minimum of 3 years or BA/BSc a minimum of 5 years and above in as a Presales Specialist / Presales Engineer / ICT Solution Consultant or in related fields
