Job Description

  • Develop/review, and monitor the proper implementation of branch operation procedures; Compile regions' inquiries for facilities and services from the Head Office and ensure they are all addressed as necessary.

Job Requirement

Education: BA in Business Management /Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related fields

Experience: Three /3 years of relevant experience in banking industry of which one/1 year on officer position.

Specific Functions:

  • Actively take part in developing and implementing strategy to provide the necessary assistance, facilitation to branches/regions in their effort of maximizing revenue;

  • Provide the necessary facilitation and supports to the smooth operation of regions /branches;

  • Develop/review, and monitor the proper implementation of branch operation procedure;

  • Compile regions’ enquiries for facilities and services from the Head Office and ensure they are all addressed as necessary;

  • Handle other related duties as may be required.
