Relationship banking managers retain and expand existing and prospective customer relationships. They use cross-selling techniques to advise and sell various banking and financial products and services to customers. They also manage the total relationship with customers and are responsible for optimising business results and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Education: MBA, MA/BA in Business Management/Accounting/ Economics/Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/Marketing Management or any other related fields

Experience: Seven/7 years of relevant Banking experience, of which 2 years as Senior Customer Relationship Officer

Specific Functions:

• Participate in the development and implementation of effective Corporate Customer Relationship Management strategies aligned with corporate strategies of the Bank with the aim of enhancing resource mobilization efforts;

• Build and maintain profitable customer relationship through fostering credit marketing, ensuring loan quality; properly attending to customer complaints;

• Extend efforts for achieving proportionate based mobilization of local resources from all types of borrowers , and enhancing foreign currency generation through exporters;

• Keep customers updated on the latest products and services in order to increase revenue from various business;

• Attract potential credit worthy borrowers and exporters with the aim of establishing long-lasting customer relationship, increasing and diversifying customer base;

• Perform other duties as required.
