The maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and execution of timely responsive reliable and cost-effective all types of maintenance activities ( Mechanical and Electrical Maintenances) The maintenance supervisor ensured that the company maintenance infrastructure and manpower are in the right position to help the production activity run without breakdown and downtime.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans and organize weekly and daily maintenance activities.

• Monitor that prevention maintenance plans are perfectly implemented.

• Manage the company Maintenance crew.

• Overseas the day–to–day status of operation machineries.

• Accept Maintenance work requests, check the problem and assign a technician.

• Follow the effectiveness and reliability of the executed maintenance work.

• Monitor the proper functioning of utility facilities.

• Ensure that maintenance works are material and labor cost-effective.

• Control Maintenances Tolls.

• Give clear objectives to subordinates and appraise their performances Month wise.

• Proved very close support to the technicians.

• Monitor that PPE Is properly by Technicians.

• Ensure that Maintenances documents such as Manuals, work instructions, drawings, history cards etc. are properly kept.

• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly report and submit them to the Engineering manager.

• Execute similar activities when ordered by his supervisor ( Engineering Manager)

Job Requirements

COMPETENCIES: -

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role

• Strong technical knowledge of all Manufacturing systems (electrical, heating etc.)

• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations

• Understanding of budgeting and performance management

• Excellent planning and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BSc Degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and other related fields Experience:

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar Food manufacturing companies
