Job Description
Ablaze Labs is looking for a marketing officer to join our team that is highly motivated and innovative. For the purpose of driving consumer engagement and boosting sales, the marketing officer will be in charge of creating and executing marketing initiatives. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in industry trends, have strong communication skills, and be able to work together with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote the company's products and services
Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional items
Plan and execute events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior
Experience with social media management and email marketing campaigns
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Strong organizational and project management skills
Creative problem-solving skills
