They will be responsible for developing cost estimates for new projects, analyzing cost data for trends, and developing cost-saving strategies. They will also be responsible for maintaining cost databases and providing cost reports to management.

Additional Skill/Special Requirement: Having an experience in Building Cost Estimation, preferably worked with General or Building Contractors
