Job Description

•Have a customer service and technical support to end-users for hardware and software.

• Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessary.

• Daily health check of network, meeting devices, printers and other office machines.

• Provide guidance and troubleshoot problems that is faced by end-users as per the SLA with 24/7 Availability.

• Communicate and translate technical information to non-technical end users; maintain communication and monitor incident through resolution.

• Train users on cyber security, information security, new devices and technologies.

• Install software on new or existing devices, in accordance with standard procedures.

• Assist in the set-up of new equipment and devices.

• Involve in a meeting support either out side of the office or inside the office.

Job Requirements

Education and Major requirements: 

BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science

Language Skill:

 Amharic and English is mandatory 

Skills or Certificate Requirements:

 HCNA, HCNP,A+ or Related
