Job Description
Architects plan, develop and implement building designs. They compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, determine timelines and oversee construction processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Job Requirements:
MSc or BSc Degree in Architecture
Experience:
8 years of experience in various architectural design [Architectural and Interior Design, Animation and Graphic works] projects, construction supervision, and proficiency
Ability to work on variety of 3D modeling software’s, rendering software’s, documentations and BIM,
well versed in 3D Max, Auto CAD, Archi CAD, Revit, Lumion software's.
