Flourish Health and Health Related Consultancy Service (Flourish) is a private company established with a mission of creating a transformed, healthy, and flourishing generation focusing on individuals, groups, organizations and institutions. We provide coaching, counseling and training in health and health related areas including psychological, emotional and healthy lifestyle and self-development areas. We do consultation and support in health-related research, evaluations and development of project proposals & strategic documents and provide consultation and facilitation of international medical travel for patients who need advanced management abroad. Flourish is a sister company of ChroCare Home based Health care service company that provides home based health care services for patients/clients that require care at home setting. Flourish is looking for a qualified individual for the position of Digital Manager.

Summary of the Job Description

The Digital Manager is responsible for designing and implementing digital marketing strategy for services provided by Flourish Health and Health Related Consultancy Service and ChroCare Home Based Health Care Service. The incumbent works towards establishing and broadening the digital platforms to create and widen the market base for the two companies. This position is reporting to the manager of the company and closely works with other staff members of the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement short and long term appropriate digital marketing and promotion strategies and plans for the two sister companies. 

• Conduct marketing and promotion of the companies’ services using different digital platforms including Tik Tok, you tube, website, telegram, Instagram, Facebook and other appropriate platforms.

• Together with the other company staff, prepare appropriate contents for the digital platforms and use them for promoting the services of the companies.

• Continuously update and manage the company’s website and other digital platforms using appropriate promotional contents. 

• Prepare appropriate business content and design for print promotion materials (such as flyers, posters, billboards and others) and use for promoting services given by the companies.

• Design promotional campaigns, developing appropriate business content, garnering customers’ attention through various social media channels, and monitoring customer flow on the website and other digital platforms

• Response for handling any documentation related tasks under the companies including video, audio, photography and other documentations.

• Executes any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. 

Qualification and Experience

• College /university graduate in information technology, software engineering, information system, computer science, or other relevant fields with zero years of experience.

• Highly organized and have good planning and coordination skills.

• Experience and skill in social media use, promotion, content designing, branding and networking 

• Has an understanding of how social media algorithms work, the ability to create engaging and visually appealing posts, familiarity with paid social media marketing, and experience with social media analytics tools.

• High communication skill (both oral and written) in both Amharic and English is required

• Willing to learn and update his/herself,

• Ability to self-adapt to difficult circumstances and the environment in which we operate. 

• Ability to listen to others including clients and staff.

• Compassionate, hardworking and resilient candidate who is capable of dealing with unforeseen challenges that may occur while executing his/her works. 

• Professional, one who has good ethics, honest and is willing to serve as an outstanding role model in the group.

• Advanced Skill in word, excel, email usage, internet, Google, software development, and other relevant softwares.
