Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy

• Lead the development of new products and features, working closely with product managers and development teams

• Define the technical architecture of the company's products and systems.

• Ensure systems are reliable, secure and available to support business operations

• Manage the company's data assets, ensure they are accurate, secure and accessible to support business operations and decisionmaking

• Identify new technologies and approaches that can improve business operations and deliver value to customers.

• Develop cybersecurity policies and procedures, implement security controls and monitor potential threats.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

• Strategic thinking and problem solving aptitude

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• 5 years experience as a team leader
