Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Haunter to join our team. As a Talent Haunter, your primary responsibility will be to seek out, identify, and attract exceptional individuals with unique skills and abilities for various roles within our organization. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive talent searches, building relationships with potential candidates, and collaborating with the recruitment team to align talent acquisition strategies with our company goals. A successful Talent Haunter possesses excellent networking skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting individuals with the appropriate opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing methods (job platforms, social media, industry-specific websites, networking events) to identify potential candidates that align with our talent requirements and organizational culture
Conduct thorough talent searches to find hidden gems and high-potential candidates who may not have traditional resumes or actively be seeking new opportunities
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within relevant industries and professional communities
Build and manage relationships with potential candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement and influencing them to consider career opportunities within our organization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market demands, and the latest recruitment techniques to continually enhance candidate sourcing strategies
Collaborate with the recruitment team to establish clear job requirements and understand the needs of hiring managers
Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct preliminary screenings, and present qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further consideration
Participate in career fairs, industry conferences, and other recruitment events to promote our organization and attract top talent
Provide candidates with detailed information about our company, career paths, and opportunities for growth
Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our applicant tracking system
Assist the recruitment team with other recruitment-related tasks and strategic talent acquisition initiatives as needed
Proven work experience as a Talent Haunter or similar role in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and industry best practices
Excellent networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates from a variety of backgrounds
Familiarity with job platforms, social media, and other online sourcing tools
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and influence potential candidates
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling candidate information
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple ongoing talent searches
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
