Our company Cosmar East Africa Business SC invites qualified applicant for the following vacant position.

Job description;- 

• Produces and implement control procedure and reports based on the sales team report

• Build and maintain strong and healthy relationship with customers 

• Meets with people in other departments to facilitate the sales activity

• Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines and take part in delivering sales trainings 

• Creates new and innovative ideas to sell product

• Responds to any inquiries from the customers 

• Evaluates the performance of sales team 

• Produce, reads and evaluates sales reports

• Collect market data and be able to report back with accuracy 

• Strive towards meeting monthly sales goals as provided by management

• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of both Company and customers

• Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism

• Handling account receivable issues and report periodically 

• Coordinate and execute any marketing campaigns and take part in preparing for product launch 

•  Make inputs  sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them

• Produce production plan monthly base and forward to production dep’t

• Answer phone calls and emails pertaining to sales questions and concerns 

• Follow up on orders or make appointments for the team head and help in managing sales contracts

• Maintain an inventory of sales materials and supplies, such as brochures, promotional items and product samples, and ensure that all sales representatives have an adequate inventory of these materials on-hands 

Report to: National sales manger

Job Requirements

Education Requirement:

• BA Degree in business management, marketing, economic or related field

Experience:

• 2 years’& Above experience in FMCG Business 

Age:

• preferably not more than 27 years

No required: 2(Two)
