A call center representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.

Job Requirement

• Education :   BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or related fields

• Experience :  Five years proven & relevant post qualification insurance underwriting experience out of which two years in Underwriting Officer position

Knowledge & Skill:

• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.

• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.

• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

• Written & spoken English language proficiency.

• Excellent computer skill
