Job Description

To support the implementation of the Company’s strategic goals by providing a capable, motivated, and innovative workforce through effective and integrated talent management, total rewards, performance management, and organizational development strategies, programs, and policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Define HR objectives and strategies that are aligned with the overall strategy of the Company.

· Participate in the Company-wide strategy development, review, and implementation process and ensure that the Company’s strategy is informed by a thorough assessment of talent, manpower, and organizational capabilities and conditions.

· Lead the development of HR policies, programs, and procedures, and partner with senior leaders to implement human resources strategies.

· Allocate resources for the effective implementation of human resource strategies.

· Lead the development and implementation of key talent management programs such as succession planning, career management, total rewards, learning and development, workforce planning, sourcing, performance management, retention, etc.

· Drive effective HR programs, processes, and service delivery to HR customers.

· Develop Company-wide HR strategies, programs, and practices.

· Drive the design and implementation of effective workplace enhancement and employee wellbeing programs.

· Develop means to measure and conduct a continuous impact assessment of HR strategies and programs on business and financial goals.

· Contribute to the development of the business strategy and provide counsel to the leadership team in support of the Company's goals and initiatives.

· Lead process in interpreting and translating business strategy into human resources and organization initiatives.

· Identify critical HR goals and success factors for the business; develop related action plans and deliver corresponding results.

· Advise business leaders and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.

· Ensure alignment of the Company's organizational structure and individual functions with strategic and operational requirements and initiate organizational development programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Lead the design and implementation of systematic processes of job analysis, job description and specification, and job evaluation and grading.

· Monitor successful implementation of the HR strategic initiatives and programs by preparing detailed action plans, following up on developments, providing workforce insights, and identifying trends.

· Ensure coordination of human resources and talent strategic initiatives across human resources teams.

· Lead the successful implementation and modification of the HR operating model based on data analysis and feedback, when necessary.

· Define technology requirements to operationalize HR reporting and workforce analytics programs.

· Oversee the development, maintenance, and utilization of the HR information system and ensure that all relevant data are maintained and automated.

· Lead the design and implementation of an effective employee performance management process.

· Lead the provision of effective consultation and solutions to business leaders related to talent matters.

· Drive effective leadership development and succession programs.

· Lead the coaching and development of the Company’s leaders on people management and leadership skills.

· Lead appropriate and integrated workforce communication across the Company related to all HR matters.

· Participate in the recruitment, selection, and appointment for senior positions in the Company.

· Ensure appropriate and integrated workforce communication across the Companies.

· Develop and implement the Department’s strategic and operational plans and objectives.

· Develop, approve, and monitor the Department’s budgets.

· Identify human resources requirements of the Department and develop a plan for meeting the requirements.

· Lead the development, implementation, and review of departmental policies and procedures.

· Review, approve, and submit Departmental reports to relevant organs.

· Support the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue, and feedback.

· Manage disciplinary concerns of the Department’s staff.

· Represent the Company in external relationships related to the Department.

· Participate in group decision-making processes by forming part of different groups/committees.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

·   Master’s degree in human resource management, Management, or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory position.

Or

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Management, or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which four (4) years in a managerial position.
