Key Duties

• To keep the executive management updated with the financial position of the organization and provide feedback on strategic development;

• Ensure modernization of IT system for overall growth of Company business;

• Ensure effective procurement of goods and services;

• Oversee the design, implementation and adherence of accounting policies and procedures;

• Manage budget, planning and forecasting report;

• Oversee the human resource and administration functions implementation, evaluation of HR policies and related procedures.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting.  Certification in CII, ACCA or IFRS diploma is advantageous

•  Experience:   Fourteen/Twelve years proven & relevant post qualification insurance experience out of which two years in Resource & Facility Director position

Knowledge & Skill:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill including report writing skill.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English language.

• Team player & capable of motivating staff working with full commitment and initiative.

Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office Packages and a strong understanding of IT systems
