Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair office equipment’s like computer, network devices, photo copier etc.
Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling
Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.
Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Good knowledge of computer diagnostics and maintenance, LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.
CCNA qualifications and Active directory experience have a Bones
Job Requirements:
BSc/BA or Diploma in IT, computer science, computer engineering or relevant field
Experience:
1-2 years’ experience as office machines/hardware maintenance and network engineer or relevant experience.
Proven experience as office Machine Maintenance and network technician
