Job Description

An Executive Assistant to the COO provides executive-level support to the Chief Operating Officer. 

  • Maintaining the COO’s schedule

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Providing logistical and travel support 

  • Working on operations-related projects, reporting directly to the COO

  • Maintaining an accurate and detailed calendar to COO

  • Tracking COO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects

  • Conducting preliminary research on a variety of topics.

  • Any other reasonable tasks as relayed by the Chief Operating Officer

Personal Profile 

  • Young female between the age of 20 and 35.

Job Requirements

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related fields

Skills

  • The ability to converse and communicate well with top management

  • Computer literacy is required

  • Good multitasking skills, and the ability to work under pressure

  • Strong English speaking, reading and writing skills 

  • The ability to apply good judgment and make good decisions

  • Experience in managing event logistics.
