Job Requirement

Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management or related fields.

Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.

Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services;

Essential Functions:

• Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash;

• Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator;

• Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts;

• Post transaction in to the system after ascertaining appropriateness of the account particulars and documents against profile maintained in the system.

• Updates passbook prints deal slip or issues a customer advice;

• Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers;

• Checks KYC and AML;

• Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions;
