Action customer requests in relation to Trade transactions, ensuring that transactions are within approved trading arrangements and ensuring prompt processing within agreed service levels.
Education & Experience Requirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 4years direct banking experience
Competency Requirements: Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [knowledge of Industry & bank product, Trade Finance, International Trade Service]
Place of Work: Adama Branch and Megala Branch (Dire Dawa & Adama)
Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill for all positions.
